Pros
When I started, it was awesome with regular pay, an outstanding team environment, supportive team leads, and I loved it.
Cons
Hasn't been the same for the past nine months when things took an abrupt nosedive. Constantly tracking down payments that were late or incorrect, unresponsive management, HEAVY reliance on AI, complete chaos. They even let people go with no warning, including team leads who were giving everything to the company. I quit in solidarity and feel lighter.
