Loved it - Account Executive WordHampton Public Relations Employee Review

Wordhampton PR was the first company I've ever worked for, and it truly was a great experience. The office culture was warm and welcoming, with coworkers and upper management who were always incredibly supportive on both a personal and professional level. As an employee, I always felt that my needs were being heard and attended, which was especially valuable in the more hectic summer months. It really was a wonderful job with a wonderful group of people... plus, there's an office cat who always livened things up.

Due to the seasonal nature of the Hamptons, there was always a noticeable increase in workload by the time summer came around. Thankfully, my bosses were always there to offer support during such periods, and I was never left feeling overworked or overtaxed.

The work/life flexibility is a very important element of working at WordHampton, allowing flexibility for family issues. The location is also a key component for myself allowing proximity to my home thus contributing to the flexibility for family issues. The office environment is also a great atmosphere to work in, great people to work with and having fun while we work. I find the work very rewarding, seeing our client's names in print makes my day.

No cons except sometimes having a bad client here and there.
