Pros
Some staff are great to work with, you can easily make friends with your co-workers. Working with the clients can be rewarding work!
Cons
Limited / No training to new & existing staff. Limited / No Access to updated & accurate policies & procedures. One person is in charge of all the rules, and can arbitrarily make decisions because there aren't policies to follow. No written policies as a safety net to protect employee's. Management doesn't listen to suggestions until it is way past the time to fix issues Poor benefits package. No employee voice, value or respect. Chances are you'll be hired on for one position and end up doing a completely different job with different responsibilities and expectations. Management has high expectations and will say they understand, but won't do anything to fix the legitimate issues that are present.
