Fun Environment if you love fitness. Work doesn't really feel like work. My Co-Workers in Red Bank were simply amazing to be around and supported everyone as a team. Absolute Pleasure

Owner make all the money and you get the sense they are slightly disconnected from the community which is something you don't want from a "family owned" company.

You get a free membership. There's free water. I really don't have any other pros about this company. They really do not care for their employees.

Every thing. Terrible management. No communication between departments. To much work load given to each employee. The supervisors play favorites and are Hippocrates. The owners are very nasty people.
