      Pros

      -You can learn politics -Skill of survival in path ethic environment. -Learn how to tell lies and give false time lines from professors SB

      Cons

      -No life -No good work - If you are working on VKYC, they will ask update of 'follow' another project or vice versa. -No senior developer for Android. So you have only Google to save You. -New project 'follow.us' is again good idea but bad implementation. Zero architecture, in android still working on Java(no kotlin).

      Pros

      You we learn how to tell lies and hide mistakes.

      Cons

      Here system is deployed on customer site majorly AWS. But Company even demands to deploy testing systems on weekends or deployment will start 8:00 pm in evening and God know till where it will go. Operation guys are even asked to do windows setup for new joiners. Mr. CTO even asked you to hide few things in scrum or from CEO. 7 *15 working hours, and it's not only in VKYC. I have even seen it all over the company.

      Pros

      Good product on aws cloud.

      Cons

      Unsupportive team with politics in culture. Lots and lots of dependability on DBA and CTO, no freedom to work or share any idea. You have to work complete week without weekends and majorly in nights.
