I enjoy working at WorkForce Unlimited. My job enable me to touch people lives to try and help change their lives for the better.

It hurts when you are unable to help others, unable to find a job for them because of their back ground or when you lose new hires to other jobs. But we have to move on and try to help who we can.

Supportive colleagues, access to an abundance of tools and resources, clearly defined goals within my role and genuine interest from my direct leader in helping me achieve my goals whether they are personal or professional goals, career advancement opportunities and certification assistance (no reimbursement upon completion which is almost unheard of anymore), continued on the job training and collective motivation to change people's lives each and every moment! WorkForce Unlimited has changed my life and I have felt nothing but gratitude for this tremendous opportunity in my own career.

I wouldn't say it's a "con", but I would advise that WorkForce Unlimited is a "work hard, play hard" environment. If you are a career-driven individual that understands and takes ownership of the role that YOU play in your own success, we will win together. No matter what role you play within the greater team, you are highly visible to leadership, and your contributions will be known! I am grateful that I never accepted other staffing firm's offers...the grit, talent, and hands-on attitude of my colleagues is not for anyone seeking a chance to land the plane or "coast"; you will put in hours, and you will be highly rewarded for your wins no matter the size.
