Pros
WorkRocket is a rapidly growing organization that prides itself on training their own. Just because you do not think you "have the necessary tools" for success, fear not, this management team has developed a training program that will reward those who work hard and are willing to learn. A bit unconventionally in regards to the industry, WR fills a void between the "post and hope" method on job boards and full bore recruiting efforts. This leaves a ton of room for where WR fits. In a young, vibrant office, the energy is intoxicating. Managers were willing to work with me as I am not living in Richmond, VA - we have set up a home office for myself for the time being. I am only an extension away with our internal communications system and able to have the access to the managers I need to speak with at any time.
Cons
The money can be great, however, if you have a hard time hearing "no" or hate the idea of being on the phone, then this organization may not be the best fit for you.
