Pros

- Colleagues are genuinely nice, capable people - Line Manager

Cons

- Company scaling back all tools - Less authority in day-to-day tasks - A leader who is completely out of touch with reality, Who doesn't know how to collaborate and leverage other smart capable leaders in the business, senior leaders have been let go for not singing from his hymn sheet. - A complete erosion of company culture, - Colleagues leaving every single team/function of the business at a rapid rate - No coherent plan to roll out features to the market, an approach which stems from the CEO's despotic approach.HRIS was so poorly rolled out that it's laughable no plan at all, the issue is compounded by the fact that the CEO then assigns ridiculous targets to Sales to offset his poor decision-making, planning and rollout. It is leading Sales to constantly operate in the red, blaming ICs and Managers without taking any accountability. It is a joke, from top to bottom. - Not even a plan to replace the vast number of people that have left efficiently; key teams/functions are understaffed and have been for a while now, it seems like Nikos will try to automate and implement AI solutions instead of having people who have their own opinion moving forward - Bottom line, you feel like an economic unit working here, not a person, due to the restrictive policy and decision-making stemming from one man. In the modern day whereby, there are a vast number of businesses that allow you to feel autonomous, respected and valued and drive success because of that, if you're looking for any of those things, it's not the place to be.
