Workana has a very fresh minded management group. They are always open to change which bring service delivery improvement. All suggestions are taken into account. Can work fully remote.

Cons

The business was shut down in Asia. The business model that was successful in LATAM was not working out in Asia but unfortunately, there was is room for trial and error.
