Pros
- extensive training program - constant access to mentorship - once you are on commission, the structure is more advantageous than what other sales/recruiting positions in the job market will offer you - you take control of the entire recruiting life cycle on both the candidate recruitment and client solicitation side. Thus you develop a really comprehensive skill set that can be applied to a variety of jobs if/when you move on from Workbridge. - Young environment so you're bound to make a friend or two while you're here
Cons
- Sales isn't for everyone. This job isn't very complicated but it can be frustrating since you can hear the word 'No' quite often - as to any sales job. - You aren't on commission at first. That is to make sure you're able to complete the whole sales process on your own before putting you on an income structure that is contingent on your performance. This can be somewhat frustrating before you get to a commissionable role. Having said that - once you are there, your income trajectory exponentially changes. Therefore, this isn't a place to go work if you're looking to make a quick buck. This is a place to go work if you're looking to develop a great skill set and make a decent income long term. - you definitely get out what you put into this job however some of this job requires some hard work. If you're not willing to put in hard work, again this isn't the place for you
