Pros
Excellent organization to work for, great culture, good benefits, management is caring and appreciative of your work. Very pro-employee development, many opportunities for training.
Cons
Flat/no advancement opportunities, typically don't promote from within when they do have openings. Cost of living raises don't cover the actual cost of living increases, so it eventually tips the scale and people move on. Very high turnover as salaries are not very competitive. Get your increase up front during salary negotiation, as there won't be much after that.
