Great company to work for - Implementation Consultant Workforce.com Employee Review

I worked here after graduating college and stayed for over 2 years. - The experience I gained working here was amazing. They actually teach you how to sell. You get all the tools necessary to succeed. If you could do this job really well, you could probably go anywhere. - Both the work environment and people at Workforce.com are awesome. - The commission is AMAZING if you work very hard (I had tons of friends in other BDR/SDR roles for different companies and their comp plans were awful compared to Workforce.com) - You’re never going to get fired for no reason. As long as you do your job, put in tons of effort, and you’re booking meetings, you’re good. - Future opportunity is insane. If you want to make a difference at a company instead of just being another number, this would be the spot. There’s not any room for people to coast and just collect a paycheck. - Work life balance is great. Really generous PTO plan.

The only reason I left Workforce.com was to start my own business. I’d probably still be working there if I wasn’t doing this.

Company is young and excited to prove people wrong.

Growth is difficult for people starting off.
