      Pros

      Workhorse is a place that truly values work-life balance. The employees working here understand that we're all human beings, and work is not the most important thing in our lives. We work together towards common goals while respecting each other and leaning on one another's expertise and skills.

      Cons

      It can feel chaotic at times because we all fill in where help is needed, but I think that's the nature of any small company that's busy doing big things.

      Pros

      The Workhorse team is so unique. Extremely supportive, encouraging, flexible and super hard working. The work can be challenging and the days can be long, but the people make it all worthwhile. The management truly cares about you and your career. The variety of clients and projects keep things interesting and allow you to learn and grow so much.

      Cons

      Typical busy agency life - can be a little stressful sometimes. But the pros ALWAYS outweigh any cons.
