- fantastic colleagues - good sense of 'team spirit' among agents - good benefits
Cons
- very little chance of progression within Customer Service as management positions are routinely filled with outside candidates or left empty for months - as a result, many talented team members leave the company or switch to other departments - communication between management and team could be improved - not enough (if any) training when procedures or policies change which leads to agents being dropped in the deep end and feelings of frustration
