2yThank you for sharing your feedback. We have heard the feedback around transparency and our employees will have seen this in action in how company information is shared across departments. One example is the new format for the all-company updates which has increased transparency and the opportunity for Q&A. The feedback from our humans after our last company update was overwhelmingly positive. People gave us direct, constructive feedback, we listened and made changes. The uncertainty in the tech sector has been a challenging time for many organisations but we are making an effort to learn and improve, two-way dialogue is an important part of that process.
Turnover happens at executive level just as it does in other parts of the business, it’s to be expected. Some of the executive team that have joined in the last year (President, CCO) have had made an enormous impact to our organisation and in the case of our recently appointed CHXO, an incredibly positive impact, in a short space of time.
