Pros
Strong wellbeing culture, good work–life balance, and a clear effort to take care of employees. The benefits are fair, and the Amsterdam office is beautiful and in a nice location.
Cons
Over the past two years, the work environment has become increasingly chaotic, with even simple tasks becoming unnecessarily overcomplicated. There is often a lack of clear strategy and leadership in decision-making, which makes the job feel more frustrating than it should be. Manager quality varies significantly across the company; while some are excellent, my own manager is not very competitive or effective, which affects team clarity and performance. In addition, many new roles have been introduced, particularly within the partners team, but their scope is often unclear and, at times, seems unnecessary, creating more confusion than value.
