Pros
This is my first job out of college, and I have been told countless times by working adults older than me to never leave! I interned here for three months and then came on full time about a year and a half ago. I have always been overwhelmed with the idea of working 40 hours a week in a corporate setting, but Workiva has encompassed an excellent and efficient work-life balance setting. The company's culture encourages me to work harder and have more enthusiasm for my work and the company. I have fun everyday, and literally look forward to coming to work. Even as an intern, I was expected to do the quality of work as if I were a full-time employee, and that carried over to when I was brought on full time. My management team respects my work and my team. I am able to have a say in company-wide initiatives, and work with teams from all levels and areas of the company on a wide range of projects. Workiva has given me the growth in my professional life that I require in a first job, and will continue to provide me the growth I will need going forward.
Cons
There is a couple teams who don't work well with other teams, and that can get in the way of a successful completion of a project, and can severely affect the views the company may have on those teams.
