Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We really do take all feedback seriously so we can see exactly where we can improve.
We understand your concerns about the office environment and burnout from customer interactions, we wouldn't want that for anyone. We have since put in new working parameters to ensure that the culture and workplace will improve. Our employees mental and physical health is so important to us. We are also actively revamping our onboarding processes to provide clearer guidance while still enabling the self-service customization our platform offers.
We are committed to listening to our employees' and are actively working to make Workiz a rewarding place to work.
