      - Good culture. Everyone is very motivated and really fun to work with - Many opportunity to learn and grow through various projects in your relevant field - Manager is experience and provides guidance not only regarding technical issues but also career advices

      Cons

      - The data science team is fairly young and processes are not fully rooted in place yet
