- Open and honest culture, encourages learning and sharing together, management practices active listening - Good team cadence, even though we're mostly working remotely - Contributes to a social cause that's truly making a difference in people's lives - Customer-centric in building product solutions - Clear company direction, everyone knows where we're headed and what it'll take for us to get there
Cons
- It's a startup, so you need to be comfortable being accountable, taking initiative, and figure things out on your own. Good for self-starters, but not for everyone - Pace can be fast, some might struggle to keep up
