Pros

Working with some of the team

Cons

This company is a complete letdown. Don’t be fooled by the fake smiles at the start – they’ll act nice if they can use you, but the second you hand in your notice, their true colours show. They think it’s fine to sack people on the spot with no warning, but if you give them notice, they treat you poorly. They’ll hire anyone with no experience, then expect you to pick up all the slack. Management? Non-existent. They micromanage constantly, checking every little thing you do and breathing down your neck, even when you’ve proven yourself. Confidentiality doesn’t exist – whatever you say to managers gets shared around, even to the person you complained about, and then you get dragged in and accused of “talking behind their back.” When they find out you’re leaving, they’ll pressure you for the contact details of clients you brought in and built yourself, expecting you to hand all your hard work over to people who haven’t done a thing. Refuse, and they’ll create problems. Your effort is theirs to take. No matter how much you do, it’s never good enough. The second you decide to leave, suddenly you were “never good at your job” and they’ll start putting you down. Favouritism is obvious, serious issues are ignored, the workload is insane, and they don’t give a single thought about anyone’s mental health
