Pros

The designers, sales, accounting, project coordinators and service team are the best people, occasionally we had some misunderstandings but over all nice people.

Cons

In my opinion to start off, the person handling HR is not even accredited to be in that role. She has no backbone and does anything her best friend (COO) says to do. The COO is legitimately the worst executive you could work for, she is only in it for herself and is Empathetic. They pretend to be your friends but are back stabbing unprofessional individuals. If you against their agenda they will team up on you and bully you until breaking point. No room for advancement at all! They will also load up a bunch of work on you and you won’t receive compensation for the additional work.

Pros

-Flex Schedules, (Well, more like you select your in/out time between the hours from 7am-6pm, but it has to be consistent through the year. EX. 8am-5pm, 7am-4pm, 9am-6pm) -Annual Company Wide Event and Awards Recognition. (Although the program needs a little bit more work) -Full on Training and resources -Work remotely when needed -Work Anniversary Gifts (Include Herman Miller Classics and even a trip) -Annual outings for Admin employees. (Includes Admin, CS, Design and Service Team) -Upper Management is easy accessible to meet and discuss

Cons

-Employee Awards Program needs to get re-work, since the structure is not well defined. -Although, the company tried to push a Culture program and new re-branding, it is taking a while to launch and follow. -Employees don't feel engage or feel like suggestions don't get addressed. -Needs a new re-vamp in process automatization. This will speed up the transaction-process and reduce errors in the orders -Need to hire more personal (such as interns) to handle small task. Workload needs to get distribute, so crucial task can be focus on.
