Pros

Product Development team and their AI Innovations

Cons

Zero job security. Horrible work ethics . Zero vision and do not encourage process driven approach. They expect you to get results from day one. Else its a HIRE & FIRE policy. HR team is the worst. Their job stops the moment they hire you and then stop communicating with you and dont answer your calls. Sales operations team at the top level have zero sales accumen. They lay down impromptu targets that are absolutely impossible. Cost of product is way to high for Indian markets. Admins who also call themseleves HRs are even worse. They themselves take breaks during official work hours. Almost zero training is provided. One is expected to learn on the go and also give results. Never recommend this company to anyone. They will not sustain in the market if they continue in this fashion. They are spoiling the careers of their employees.

Pros

Salary offered at the time of joining may seem attractive initially. Can be an option if someone urgently needs short-term income.

Cons

One of the worst companies to work for in terms of job stability and employee experience. High risk of sudden termination, often without adequate notice or clear justification. Strong caution: do not be influenced by a high salary offer—many employees report very short tenures. Not advisable to leave a stable job for this organization, even if the compensation offered is significantly higher. Leadership approach appears highly centralized, with limited room for feedback or disagreement. Work culture can feel transactional, with little focus on long-term growth or employee development. Contracts are lengthy and tend to favor the company heavily. Concerns raised by employees around notice period handling and full & final settlements.
