      Seems like good company with good work life balance and nice people

      Cons

      Ghosting after several interviews seems like the company itself with the recruiters are not professional. It seems to be a norm these days but please do not lead people on, or if they don't receive the position, at least have the decency to email back. It's not that hard and its respectful.

      Pros

      - You won't find a place with less workplace drama. - Every team is hand-picked to perfection (you work with the smartest people on a day-to-day basis. - The product is amazing. The creators make this place tick. They are great to work with and ensure satisfaction for their clients. - Company morale maintains highs I've never experienced at either a startup OR a large enterprise company.

      Cons

      - It's still a young company meaning you may wear some extra hats. - Things are ever-changing. You have to be adaptive. (I don't find this to be an issue.)
