Pros
-High exposure to interesting content developed for members -Work-life balance -Great benefits - lots of PTO, sabbatical program, employee equity, etc. -A stocked kitchen, exercise equipment, and catered lunches -Great place for recent grads - the company has good opportunities for entry-level employees
Cons
-Lack of racial and ethnic diversity -Cliquey culture - a big divide between "old/tenured" employees and newer hires, and a very frat house vibe - picking on each other is considered a show of love. -Company is resistant to innovation/outside ideas -Career pathing is not clear across all departments
