The Australian & New Zealand team is very inclusive, welcoming and warm. Employees are trusted to work remotely and flexibly - there's no clock watching. You're given the freedom to get your work done without micromanagement and you can balance your work and home life. You're given a voice and you are listened to. Knowing you're making a difference for the lives of animals across the world is really rewarding.
Cons
There aren't the crazy perks like the free lunch and lavish events you get in big companies - but that is understandable because we are funded by donor money and it needs to be used wisely.
