Pros
You get to work with one of the most brightest, committed and passionate people in the industry. Amazing case studies and tangible value adding work carried out by talented group of people. Managers genuinely care for their employees and try hard to deliver good people initiatives.
Cons
Some very negative employees who can not handle constructive criticism. Blaming the management, processes and company framework on every issue they are faced with (even managers are guilty of this). If you get dragged into this 'group' it is very difficult to get out.
