Clever people and huge ammount of knowledge to share but Very poor supervisors and not clear management - Intern World Bank Group Employee Review

I was very dissapointed with my supervisors because they did not give me clear instructions or feedback about my work. A lot of the work done at the World Bank will never have a real effect becasue too many reports are simply put in a folder.
