Smart and often nice people to work with. Great place to learn.If you negotiate well it pays. The brand helps to position yourself.
Cons
STCs are exploited and bullied by some managers and TTL. Exploitation is in different forms, but mostly in form of working for extended time more than in the contract. The implicit threat is not to renew the contract. This happens to many.
