Pros
Fun, interesting, and dynamic organization. Nice office environment in the central business district, and an interesting mix of national and domestic staff.
Cons
Bureaucratic organization, it was long and difficult to accomplish basic tasks like purchasing plane tickets, sharing files, and so forth. Also, undergoing reorganization, which makes these things even more difficult.
