I was never given an orientation at a big institutions as such as the WB, therefore it was a very difficult start. Technical leaders are so arrogant to realize that they need better leadership, management and communications skills to supervise a team. They could take you for granted to their best interest and when their interest is achieved there will be no responsibility towards subordinates especially the type of contracts they offer and after a contract you are left unemployed again.
