Pros
- There are many great people to work with. The corporate culture is collaboration and fairness, and people try to be nice and helpful. No backstabbing. - Work-life-balance is generally great. - The salary is not as high as in the private sector (esp. compare to investment banking or strategic consultants) but is generous vis a vis much better work life balance. - An opportunity to work for the development and building better world
Cons
- Very bureaucratic system. - Takes time to step up the career ladder. - HR policy constantly changing, mostly worsening.
