Pros
Wonderful international environment, long term career growth, great benefits and pension programme. Great headquarters in Washington DC and interesting international travel and overseeing of development projects.
Cons
Too much travel for people with families and commitments. Sometimes a feeling of "international bureaucracy" being too stifling. International environment can sometimes be difficult to manage in teams that have disimilar cultural values.
