Pros

Clean offices in a good location. Great non-fiction books.

Cons

Flip-flopping leadership can't make or stick to a decision or communicate their thinking properly with employees on both large and small decisions. Mixed messages or no messages from leadership are more common than not. There's a lot of turnover as soon as people realize what they've gotten themselves into. Micro-management at it's worst. Some managers often bullied, belittled and chastised team members creating an environment of fear instead of coaching and mentorship. Many coworkers reported feeling bullied and pits in stomachs (as I did) when dealing with direct managers. The silent office atmosphere is almost oppressive and antiquated, For a small company, there were many coworkers who I never met or refused the most basic of common courtesy greetings. The list goes on. And on. And on.

Pros

Wonderful collaborative atmosphere where everyone was extremely helpful to me when I was first at the company. My boss was so much like Jimmy Stewart in "It's a Wonderful Life" and utilized a laissez faire leadership style with was very effective.

Cons

I can find nothing negative to report on this company.

Pros

Good people. Hybrid work schedule.

Cons

Low pay, when a coworker leaves, there is no replacement, that person's responsibilities get divided and spread out to the entire team. The President of the company, is quick to jump to unfounded rumors, scuttlebutt from "anonymous suggestion box" comments and conclusions as opposed to actual facts, and focused solely on dollars signs, his bonus and does not lead by example, despite being a former military officer. Moral has dropped at the company because management doesn't take the employees issues and concerns to heart and pay a decent livable wage.
