Very Grateful Employee - Inside Sales Representative World Congress Employee Review

I honestly haven't ever worked for an organization that takes such good care of their employees. As a part of the WC community I feel that I'm being looked at as a person as much as an employee. Very good working environment; great balance of office banter among employees and buckling down to get the job done. Management is approachable and pro-active about finding resolutions or getting feedback/ direction to you about your work. All employees are kept well informed about work and company related matters. Expectations are always transparent and consistent. I was hired on while working another job and the company was willing to cooperate with my availability and has allowed me to adjust hours as needed. Originally part time, when a full time position opened I was offered that opportunity. I felt that was extremely respectful seeing as many companies would have just posted the job since I had applied for part time to begin with. A year after being hired my situation is again changing and the CEO has been very supportive and willing to work with me every step of the way. This is the kind of company that employees WANT to work for. I for one am looking forward to what I'm hoping will be a long employment with the company. World Congress has made a huge positive impact on me and my family and my loyalty to the company and respect for those running it were earned within weeks of being employed by the organization.
