Pros
All of the senior management is great and easy to work with. They are clear and direct about objectives and project goals, trust their employees and let them work independently, open to employees' ideas, and give their employees a lot of opportunities to learn new skills and grow as a professional. All of the staff is very friendly and works very well as a team. Excellent work/life balance, too.
Cons
Not sure what to say, I've been very happy with everything so far, from compensation to professional opportunities and my team members. However, because the teams are so small, work can sometimes pile up, which requires time management skills.
