Pros

Presence in places where nobody else goes. Efficient logistics. Professional Communication

Cons

In recent years, WFP moved away from its humanitarian roots, mingling more and more in development subjects, possibly to get access to more funds. This moving away from humanitarian priorities, shouldn't have happened. Employees are seen as replaceable. US-americanisation of HR. Nepotism is very common. Many dirigents lack humanitarian experience on the ground.
