Pros

WFP is just amazing, the drive and integrity of people in this humanitarian space is bar none.

Cons

Consultancy contracts suck, but the pay is good. Generally unless you are willing to commit for a good 10 years at least, you won't have a pension or vacation time. If you're in the field, you'll have rest and recuperation breaks though where you'll be sent back home for a week.
