Compared to Fixed term staffs, you have absolutely no benefits (no leave, no relocation allowance, no education grant --> you get absolutely nothing except the money that you get paid for). However, you do the same work and take on the same level of responsibility as a fixed term staff. You are just treated as "cheaper labor".
