      Awful management, no idea what they're doing most of the time, treated staff terribly. Lied to staff regularly.

      Clear job desc. Competitive salary than local company (similar scope). Career path. Nice Work-life balance, no homework. Entertainment: PS5, Pingpong, free coffee (good beans), etc.

      Cons

      24/7, so ready to be placed on Late or Night shifts.

      Fast paced, lots of autonomy, exciting projects to work on, lovely colleagues. Everyone very friendly and willing to pitch in when needed.

      Cons

      Fast paced - a pro and con at times. It’s also a fairly young company so still finding its feet in terms of processes.
