      Pros

      While the company is 12 years old - in many ways it feels like a start up. For people who are comfortable with change, and blazing new trails - its great. There are many opportunities to define processes, generate ideas and bring them to life. We are in growth mode, so its very interesting to watch / be part of the company's transformation. The people I have worked with across the company are a pleasure to work with, with only a small handful of exceptions.

      Cons

      The pace can sometimes be very challenging, but not unlike other places I've worked.

      Pros

      World is a growing organization with ample opportunity to learn and develop for everyone. We stay true to our stated vision, mission and values. We have a strong desire to serve our clients by helping to protect what they have through insurance. By learning World's systems, processes and procedures you can have a very successful career here. The people are great here and wonderful to work with.

      Can’t think of any pros

      Cons

      No support from management, no clear direction. Set up for failure. Will not hire new employees when someone leaves, just overloads remaining employees
