Degrading, absolute chaos, complete disconnect with staffs by design, a sense of disillusion, painful regrets. - IT Help Desk Lead World Kinect Corporation Employee Review

Pros

As a fortune 500 company it has a lot of potentials. They are blessed to be in the oil and gas industry, because in some ways they are selling a necessity. Another word the company makes money despite its self. However you quickly realize you may have just entered the twilight zone. A parallel universe if you will; where none-sense is rewarded and logic is rejected with extreme prejudice.

Cons

The company seeks to hire talented employees only to marginalize them and suppress their creativity. World Fuel Services is a place where talents goes to die. Everyone is talking and no one is listening.
