Good Place to be especially during tough economic times - Instructional Designer World Kinect Corporation Employee Review

Pros

Leaders have positioned the company within a niche where competition is not as fierce as in other industries, and thus giving the company a good chance of growth and survival in challenging times. Most employees at WFS are friendly and communicative, and career opportunities are plentiful. The Miami office is comfortable and most of the equipment is new and well-maintained.

Cons

The company is growing so fast that the leadership is finding it more difficult to communicate the goals, strategies, and train new hires with the tools they need to use to perform successfully at work. It is uncertain if IT support is growing as fast as the rest of the company is.
