-I enjoyed my time at Cost Plus World Market. Great team to work with, everyone was nice and helpful. -Employee discount -A lot of unique merchandise -It’s a simple job, I never really got stressed out by the job. -Company really emphasizes customer service. -Corporate drops by to help out the store from time to time
Cons
-Not enough hours, strictly part time unless you’re management -there’s really no training, you kind of figure store operations on your own and ask for help as you need it -Have to constantly promote loyalty rewards program to every single person -It’s retail, so you’re going to get rude and entitled customers.
