Pros
Even when the store is busy, it's pretty rare that it becomes chaotic. My managers have been very accommodating with my schedule as a student. Discount on a bunch of cool goodies.
Cons
Heavy lifting sometimes, but not too bad. Depending on the store location, the customer base can be pretty disrespectful and impatient.
