Pros
Nothing. This place really isn’t worth anyones time who actually needs to make enough money to pay rent. Flexible scheduling is nice, but the hours and pay aren’t. They do not give adequate raises to match inflation either and their excuse is that $10 should be enough to afford a living.
Cons
Start with better pay. $15 an hour would be nice starting out for associates. They refuse to pay their employees a livable wage, even though the rent in the area has doubled in the last year. They still pay $10 an hour even with a one bedroom apartment goes for over $900 a month. If you come to them with an issue they brush it off. They will not be truthful about anything either and often hide behind whomever is convenient. This company is terrible. They pull in enough sales to pay their average sales associate at least $15 an hour, but they refuse.
