Pros
This job is great if you're a student, since hours are flexible. The manual labor element of the job isn't too difficult after a bit of practice. Friendly work environment.
Cons
Not many hours to give to employees; Pay isn't great, even for management (most of my managers had second jobs). Additionally, as a sales associate, you aren't really allowed to problem solve on your own. If there are any issues at the register, you're guaranteed to need to call a manager, even if you know how to fix the issue. The registers also need an upgrade, they've been around since the 80's or so.
