Pros
The pay is better for the workload than a lot of other companies, which is nice, and the uniform rules are lax + it’s pretty easy to get hours so long as you have the availability.
Cons
Management can be messy and scheduling can be a pain, and a lot of customers are just….not fun to deal with, but it’s retail, so it’s a given.
