The gourmet department head was considered a full-time position, yet the maximum hours allowed were only 36 hours. Shifts were 6.5 to 7 hours and with a lunch break, and your whole day was shot. It was like working an 8 hour job, but without the pay or benefits. There were no benefits for this full-time position.
