Pros
Very simple and easy tasks such as fronting register, recovering, stocking items, and wheeling out large furniture palettes. Communication very clear and straightforward, very nice management.
Cons
Corporate makes bad decisions, such as cutting holiday pay and the wage being minimum wage. The registers are extremely old, which is ironic because during Holiday the store would make profit upwards of 45,000. Takes up to a year to get a raise of 30-50 cents an hour.
